ARRIVALS - LATE ARRIVALS
As a welcome guest to L’plunge . Arriving 15 minutes prior to your booking is greatly appreciated. We understand that circumstances can arise which may cause you to be late. Please be advised that all treatments must finish on time and as scheduled, as a courtesy to other guests.
WHISPER ZONE
To safeguard your relaxation and that of other guests, please kindly turn off your mobile phone and speak softly.
BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS
Credit Card details are required to secure all appointments.
Once you have selected your treatment - we begin planning for your experience and allocate a dedicated space and therapist for you. Therefore if you do not attend your appointment or cancel within the 24hour cancellation period charges will apply.
By making an appointment with us you are agreeing with our terms and conditions. Confirmation is required for all treatment bookings.
PLEASE NOTE CHARGES WILL APPLY TO ALL LATE CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS . 50 % FOR ALL LATE CANCELLATIONS AND 100% FOR ALL NO SHOWS. THIS ALSO APPLIES TO GIFT VOUCHERS WHICH WILL BE CONSIDERED VOID.
GIFT VOUCHERS
May be re-deemed in the shop or spa . Please note gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from the time of purchase. Once you have booked your appointment you are agreeing with the terms and conditions of L' plunge home and spa.
GROUP BOOKINGS
Group bookings are available for evenings by appointment Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday evenings 5- 8 pm. A Non refundable booking Fee of $100 is required at the time of booking. A 50% deposit is processed to secure all group bookings of 4 or more people. ONE WEEKS NOTICE IS REQUIRED TO CANCEL OR CHANGE ALL GROUP BOOKINGS .
